Customer may not make the Production Solution available to another entity, or to another user after the maximum number of users is reached, unless the applicable Order says otherwise and Zeroth gives prior written consent.

Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable Order

Customer may not make the Production Solution available to any other entity

or, if applicable, once the maximum number of Users has been reached, any other User

without the prior written consent of Zeroth
