Except as permitted under the Agreement or required by law, Customer must not license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute, timeshare, or otherwise commercially exploit the Production Solution or make it available to any third party, including through an unauthorized managed services offering.

Except as permitted under this Agreement or as required by law, Customer will not

license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign (other than as provided in Section 13.15 below), distribute, use a service bureau or timeshare, or otherwise commercially exploit or make the Production Solution available to any third party in any way
