Documentation is defined as both documentation relating to the Software made available in hard copy or electronic form to Zeroth’s general customer base and Solution Materials so that standard product materials and solution-specific materials are both included.

“Documentation” means

— Zeroth - XXXXX - Master Services Agreement Template.docx

(a) documentation which relates to the Software which is made available in hard copy or electronic form to Zeroth’s general customer base;

— Zeroth - XXXXX - Master Services Agreement Template.docx

and (b) Solution Materials.
