Zeroth may suspend any and all Services when an undisputed amount owed by Customer is sixty days or more overdue so that service access can be withheld until the overdue amounts are paid in full.

If any amount owed by Customer hereunder that is not subject to a good faith dispute is sixty (60) or more days overdue
