Customer Affiliates may access the Production Solution only by executing Software Orders that incorporate this Agreement by reference, and for those orders the Agreement’s references to Customer are deemed to refer to the Affiliate, while Customer remains liable for the Affiliates’ acts and omissions.

Customer’s Affiliates may access the Production Solution subject to the terms of this Agreement by executing Software Orders hereunder

all references in this Agreement to Customer will be deemed to refer to such Affiliate for purposes of such Software Order(s)
