Customer may not make the Production Solution available to another entity, or to another user after the maximum number of Users is reached, without Zeroth’s prior written consent unless the applicable Order states otherwise and subject to Section 2.2.

Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable Order and subject to Section 2.2 (Access to Software), Customer may not make the Production Solution available to any other entity
