Zeroth may suspend all Services when an amount owed by Customer is not subject to a good faith dispute and remains overdue for sixty days or more so that service may be withheld until full payment is made.

If any amount owed by Customer hereunder that is not subject to a good faith dispute is sixty (60) or more days overdue
