Zeroth Technology is defined as all of Zeroth’s proprietary technology, including software, hardware, products, processes, algorithms, data, user interfaces, know-how, techniques, designs, and other technical material developed or made available by Zeroth or used to provide the Services, including updates, modifications, improvements, and derivatives.
