The Software Warranty does not apply to any Error caused directly or indirectly by adjustment, use, operation, or installation of Zeroth Technology contrary to the Documentation, the Agreement, or Zeroth’s written authorization.

The Software Warranty shall not apply to any Error

adjustment, use, operation, or installation of any Zeroth Technology other than in accordance with the Documentation and this Agreement

or as authorized in writing by Zeroth
