If Customer Data is lost or damaged, Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy against Zeroth is Zeroth’s use of reasonable commercial efforts to restore the data from the latest backup maintained under Zeroth’s archiving procedures.

In the event of any loss or damage to Customer Data

the Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy against Zeroth

— Zeroth - XXXXX - Master Services Agreement Template.docx

shall be for Zeroth to use reasonable commercial efforts to restore the lost or damaged Customer Data

— Zeroth - XXXXX - Master Services Agreement Template.docx

from the latest back-up of such Customer Data maintained by Zeroth in accordance with its archiving procedures
