When a Participating Affiliate uses the Production Solution under an existing Software Order, references to Customer in the applicable Software Order and Agreement include both Customer and the Participating Affiliate, and Customer with its Participating Affiliates are jointly and severally liable for compliance while Customer accepts full liability for their acts and omissions.
