Zeroth may suspend all Services when an undisputed amount owed by Customer is at least 60 days overdue, so that service access can be withheld until the overdue amounts are paid in full.

If any amount owed by Customer hereunder that is not subject to a good faith dispute is sixty (60) or more days overdue
