Zeroth will provide Maintenance Releases for a Solution only when Customer’s Statement of Work includes access to Maintenance Releases and Customer has paid all fees due under all Orders so that eligibility depends on both contractual scope and payment status.

(a) Customer has entered into a Statement of Work which includes access to Maintenance Releases for the Solution

(b) Customer has paid all Fees due and payable under all Orders hereunder
