Zeroth may terminate any username or password that it reasonably determines was used in violation of the Agreement, by an unauthorized third party, or by someone other than the originally assigned User.

Zeroth reserves the right to terminate any username or password

which Zeroth reasonably determines may have been used in violation of this Agreement

or by an unauthorized third party, or by any User or individual other than the User to whom such username and password was originally assigned.
