Zeroth may immediately suspend the Services when Customer or its Users use the Production Solution in violation of the Agreement and Zeroth reasonably judges that the violation threatens the security, integrity, or availability of Zeroth Technology or other customers.

Any use of the Production Solution by Customer or its Users in violation of the Agreement
