Either party may terminate the Agreement and all Orders on a specified date if a party files a petition under the United States Bankruptcy Code or a similar law, which the Agreement defines as an Insolvency Statute, so that bankruptcy-related filings trigger termination rights.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and all Orders as of a date specified in a termination notice if
