Customer’s Affiliates may access the Production Solution under this Agreement only by executing Software Orders that incorporate the Agreement by reference, and for those orders the term Customer is deemed to refer to the Affiliate while Customer remains liable for the Affiliate’s acts and omissions.

Customer’s Affiliates may access the Production Solution subject to the terms of this Agreement by executing Software Orders hereunder that incorporate by reference the terms of this Agreement

all references in this Agreement to Customer will be deemed to refer to such Affiliate for purposes of such Software Order(s)

provided, however, that Customer will remain liable to Zeroth for the acts and/or omissions of its Affiliates hereunder
