When Customer terminates because Zeroth failed to correct or work around an Error within sixty days, Zeroth must refund amounts paid for access to the Production Solution for the period it was unusable due to that Error so that Customer receives a limited monetary remedy.

Zeroth shall refund the amounts paid by Customer for access to the Production Solution
