Zeroth’s indemnity for infringement claims under Section 11.1(b) excludes claims arising directly or indirectly from Customer’s use of Zeroth Technology in violation of any law or regulation applicable to Customer, so that unlawful use does not create indemnity obligations for Zeroth.

(iii) any use of Zeroth Technology by Customer that violates any law or regulation
