Customer may not make the Production Solution available to another entity, or to additional users after the maximum number of Users is reached, unless the applicable Order states otherwise and Zeroth gives prior written consent.

Unless otherwise set forth in the applicable Order and subject to Section 2.2 (Access to Software), Customer may not make the Production Solution available to any other entity
