The Software Warranty does not apply to any Error caused directly or indirectly by adjustment, use, operation, or installation of Zeroth Technology outside the Documentation, the Agreement, or Zeroth’s written authorization so that unauthorized implementation is excluded.

adjustment, use, operation, or installation of any Zeroth Technology

other than in accordance with the Documentation and this Agreement, or as authorized in writing by Zeroth
