If Customer Data is lost or damaged, Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy against Zeroth is Zeroth’s reasonable commercial effort to restore the data from the latest backup maintained under Zeroth’s archiving procedures.

from the latest back-up of such Customer Data maintained by Zeroth in accordance with its archiving procedures
