Zeroth may immediately suspend the Services if Customer’s or its Users’ use of the Production Solution violates the Agreement and, in Zeroth’s reasonable judgment, threatens the security, integrity, or availability of Zeroth Technology or its other customers.

Any use of the Production Solution by Customer or its Users in violation of the Agreement
