Support for Solutions is excluded from standard Support Services unless otherwise agreed, and Zeroth will provide Solution support only if Customer has an applicable Support Services Statement of Work and has paid all fees due under it.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that support for Solutions is not included within the scope of the Support Services unless agreed otherwise.

Zeroth will provide Support Services for Solutions only if (a) Customer has entered into a Statement of Work for the applicable Support Services for the Solution;

and (b) Customer has paid all Fees due and payable under such Statement of Work.
