Except as permitted by the Agreement or required by law, Customer must not license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign except as allowed in Section 13.15, distribute, timeshare, service-bureau, or otherwise commercially exploit the Production Solution or make it available to any third party, including through an unauthorized managed services offering.

Except as permitted under this Agreement or as required by law, Customer will not
