If an undisputed amount owed by Customer is sixty or more days overdue, Zeroth may suspend any and all Services until the overdue amounts are paid in full so that prolonged nonpayment can trigger service suspension.

If any amount owed by Customer hereunder that is not subject to a good faith dispute

Zeroth may suspend any and all Services until such amounts are paid in full
