Zeroth Technology means all of Zeroth’s proprietary technology, including software, hardware, products, processes, algorithms, data, user interfaces, know-how, techniques, designs, and other technical material developed, made available, or used by Zeroth to provide the Services, including updates, modifications, improvements, and derivatives.
