The Receiving Party’s confidentiality obligations terminate for information that is or becomes generally available to the public through no fault of the Receiving Party so that public information is not treated as confidential.

The Receiving Party’s obligations under Section 8.1 (Protection) above

will terminate if and when the Receiving Party can document that such information
