After expiration or termination, Zeroth must make Customer Data available for Customer access for thirty days, after which Zeroth has no obligation to maintain or provide it and may delete it unless legally prohibited so that data access rights are time-limited post-termination.

Zeroth will make any Customer Data available for Customer to access for a period of thirty (30) days after expiration or termination
