After expiration or termination, Zeroth will make Customer Data available for Customer access for thirty days, after which Zeroth has no obligation to maintain or provide it and may delete it unless legally prohibited.

(iii) Zeroth will make any Customer Data available for Customer to access for a period of thirty (30) days after expiration or termination
