When a Participating Affiliate uses the Production Solution under an existing Software Order, references to Customer in the applicable Software Order and agreement are deemed to refer to both Customer and the Participating Affiliate.

In such cases

references to “Customer” in the applicable Software Order and this Agreement

— Zeroth - XXXXX - Master Services Agreement Template.docx

will be deemed references to both Customer and the Participating Affiliate

— Zeroth - XXXXX - Master Services Agreement Template.docx

to access and use the Production Solution under an existing Software Order(s)
