Zeroth’s indemnity for infringement claims under Section 11.1(b) excludes claims arising directly or indirectly from Customer’s use of Zeroth Technology with apparatus, hardware, software, or services not provided or authorized by Zeroth, so that unauthorized combinations are outside indemnity coverage.
