A Production Solution is defined as the Solution or Solutions together with any configuration of the Software that Zeroth makes available to the Customer, directly or on Zeroth’s behalf, under an Order so that the delivered offering includes both custom solution elements and configured software.

“Production Solution” means (a) the Solution(s)
