If Customer chooses an integration that requires Zeroth to exchange Customer Data with an Integration or its provider, Customer grants Zeroth permission to allow that Integration or provider to access Customer Data and usage information as necessary to enable interoperability with the Production Solution.

If Customer chooses to integrate or interoperate Integrations with the Production Solution

Customer: (a) grants Zeroth permission to allow the Integration and/or Integration provider to access Customer Data and information about Customer’s usage of the Integrations as appropriate and necessary to enable the interoperation of that Integration with the Production Solution
