Zeroth may suspend any and all Services when an undisputed amount owed by Customer is sixty or more days overdue, and the suspension lasts until those amounts are paid in full so that prolonged nonpayment can trigger service interruption.

If any amount owed by Customer hereunder that is not subject to a good faith dispute
