If Customer terminates because Zeroth failed to resolve a qualifying Error within sixty days, Zeroth must refund amounts paid for access to the Production Solution for the period it was unusable due to that Error so that Customer receives a limited monetary remedy.

Zeroth shall refund the amounts paid by Customer for access to the Production Solution
