Either party may terminate the agreement and all orders on a specified date if a party files a petition under an Insolvency Statute so that voluntary bankruptcy or similar filings trigger termination rights.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and all Orders as of a date specified in a termination notice if

(a) a party files a petition under any chapter of the United States Bankruptcy Code

or under any similar law or statute
