Zeroth may resolve a third-party claim under subsection 11.1(b) by procuring from a third party any rights necessary to provide the Production Solution when infringement issues arise, so that Zeroth can continue lawful provision of the solution.

In order to resolve any such Third-Party Claim relating to subsection 11.1(b) above, Zeroth may, but is not obligated to

(B) procure any rights from a third party necessary to provide the Production Solution

resolve any such Third-Party Claim

necessary to provide the Production Solution
