To resolve a third-party claim under Section 11.1(b), Zeroth may procure from a third party any rights necessary to provide the Production Solution, so that continued provision of the solution can occur without infringement.

In order to resolve any such Third-Party Claim relating to subsection 11.1(b) above, Zeroth may, but is not obligated to
