Zeroth will provide Maintenance Releases for a Solution only when Customer has a Statement of Work that includes access to those releases and has paid all Fees due and payable under all Orders.

Zeroth will provide Maintenance Releases for a Solution only if

(a) Customer has entered into a Statement of Work which includes access to Maintenance Releases for the Solution

(b) Customer has paid all Fees due and payable under all Orders hereunder
