Either party may terminate the Agreement and all Orders on a specified notice date if a party files a petition under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code or a similar insolvency law, so that voluntary insolvency filings trigger termination rights.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and all Orders as of a date specified in a termination notice if

or under any similar law or statute
