An Affiliate is any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party when the required control relationship exists so that related entities are identified for purposes of the Agreement.

“Affiliate” means, with respect to a party, any other entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with such entity
