When Zeroth subcontracts or delegates obligations under the Agreement, it must execute a written agreement with the subcontractor that protects Customer’s rights and interests to at least the same degree as the Agreement so that subcontracting does not reduce Customer protections.

To the extent that Zeroth subcontracts or otherwise delegates its obligations under this Agreement

Zeroth shall enter into a written agreement with such subcontractor

that protects Customer’s rights and interests

to at least the same degree as this Agreement
