Customer must defend any third-party claim, suit, or action brought against Zeroth Indemnified Parties to the extent the matter is based on Customer Data or Customer’s or its Users’ use of Zeroth Technology in violation of the Agreement, so that Zeroth receives contractual indemnity protection.
