Customer must not license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign except as otherwise allowed, distribute, commercially exploit, or make the Production Solution available to any third party, including through an unauthorized managed services offering.

Customer will not, and will not permit or encourage anyone else, including its Users, to:

(a) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign (other than as provided in Section 13.15 below), distribute

or otherwise commercially exploit or make the Production Solution available to any third party in any way, including as a part of an unauthorized managed services offering
