The Receiving Party’s confidentiality obligations terminate for information disclosed by a third party that had the right to make the disclosure without confidentiality restrictions so that properly obtained third-party information is excluded.

The Receiving Party’s obligations under Section 8.1 (Protection) above

will terminate if and when the Receiving Party can document that such information
