Zeroth’s indemnity for infringement claims under Section 11.1(b) excludes claims arising directly or indirectly from the nature, origin, or content of Customer Property that violates applicable law or the agreement, so that unlawful or noncompliant Customer Property remains Customer’s responsibility.
