If Zeroth subcontracts or delegates its obligations under the Agreement, Zeroth must enter into a written agreement with the subcontractor that protects Customer’s rights and interests to at least the same degree as the Agreement.

To the extent that Zeroth subcontracts or otherwise delegates its obligations under this Agreement

Zeroth shall enter into a written agreement with such subcontractor

that protects Customer’s rights and interests to at least the same degree as this Agreement
